I am experiencing login issues/errors

For login issues, kindly login to Instagram app first to check if there are any security prompts that may not be allowing you to login to the App. Please try reinstalling the app:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Delete the app.
  3. Reinstall the application.

Also, please check the following steps prior to logging back into the app:

  1. Your wifi / mobile data connection is not working properly. Please check your data connection.
  2. You may be trying with wrong login credentials. Please confirm the details that you are entering are correct.
  3. Your account may be banned or deactivated for activities. Please read the error messages.
